Mixed markers can be managed in the system to optimize cutting efficiency.

Options – integration of automatic cutting center, CAD/CAM design and RFID.

MT – Manufacture and Trimor CMT (Cut, Manufacture and Trim)Operations. FPS – Enterprise Software includes the receiving of fabric rolls and accessories for scheduling and releasing cut and sew orders, tracking bundles and assemblies.  Garments are packed into cases, labeled and shipped to customer and stores or distribution centers.

ERP, MRPII includes Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Rough-cut Capacity Planning integrated  with the Visual Schedule Board, Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Execution.  AdvancedPlanning and Scheduling (APS) is integrated with full service supply chain and the Visual Schedule Board.

Visual Schedule Board supports multi-level bills of material and multi-level routing steps of work orders for cutting, sewing, dyeing, finishing, printing, knitting, weaving and spinning to provide on-line information for customer services, buyers and shippers based on real-time production schedules.

Product Design and Development is integrated with the PDM data base, outsourcing, sample production and testing, supply chain management and ERP.

PDM (Product Data Management) provides data for product development and design, fabric and garment specifications, construction sheets, bills of material, recipe or dye formulas, product sketches and visual product images.

Product Configurator integrates product features and options with PDM and customer product specifications.

Cutting Schedule includes release of fabric orders and schedule of cut orders in central or de-centralized cutting operations. The user can create, track and control spreads, marker  allocation (including mixed markers) and track fabric utilization.

Cutting and Fabric Roll Optimization is integrated with Roll Tracking and can be expanded to include computer generated marker files for monitoring of actual yields. The actual fabric consumption is recorded by spread which provides the data to calculate yield and efficiency.  Individual spreads within a cut are tracked and controlled.
