processing customer orders, purchase orders and advanced shipping notices.
RF and data collection uses barcoded documents for scanning and tracking through vertically integrated
cutting center, sewing operations, greige or yarn mills and distribution centers. Touch-screens and wireless
scanning devices are also supported with JOMAR’s ready-made display screens.
Traceability is available from finished garment by style and lot, through cutting and sewing to fabric
roll and yarn.
Workflow Management provides event triggered action messages and e-mail notification to enhance the flow
of material and goods across cutting, sewing, printing, warehouse facilities and distribution centers of vertically
integrated apparel and textile operations to improve the efficiency of the full service supply chain.
Visual Image Processing is available for on-line retrieval of product design sketches and visual images,
viewing catalog product displays and analysis of quality problems. |

Document Processing includes scanning of documents that are to be stored and appended to important customers,
vendor and other business records for reference purposes. Generation of documents, on-line retrieval and
distribution is provided for international business transactions.
Costing and Cost Simulations support on-line cost roll-up for fabric, cutting and MT or CMT and for vertically
integrated apparel operations with textile mills. Job Costing and Contract Costing are optional.
Multicurrency is available for customer order processing, invoicing, purchasing and financial applications.
Business Intelligence and Dashboards are available from third party software vendors and integrated
with the Enterprise Software.
Financial Enterprise Software includes general ledger, financial statement generator, accounts receivable,
accounts payable and bank services. ‘Multicompany Financial Consolidation’ reporting is provided, at
a selected currency, for monitoring profitability of the business operations in multi-national corporations. |
