Mobile Computing provides real-time information across domestic and global locations for
sales, inventory, order schedules and shipping status by subcontractor, company plants and distribution centers.
The sales staff can retrieve on-line customer information and interact with JOMAR’s Enterprise System to
enter customer orders in the field. Operations personnel can also input important information from remote
locations using wireless devices supporting barcode scanners.
This on-line access and real-time information will assist management to enhance the flow of materials and goods
in the full service supply chain, reduce inventory levels across subcontractors’ locations, achieve better
utilization of available manufacturing resources and improve customer services.
Supply Chain Management is reinforced by ERP, the use of the Visual Schedule Board and tracking via Internet
the order status and delivery schedules of subcontractors, inter-company plants and distribution centers to improve
the efficiency of the full service supply chain.
Product Design and Development have on-line access to the PDM data base and visual product images in the
process of outsourcing. PDM, Planning, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Execution, suppliers and subcontractors
are integrated with product design and development to ensure speed to market. |

Product Data Management (PDM) provides on-line information for product design, retrieval of product
sketches and visual images, bills of material, routers, recipes, formulas and product, machine and lab specifications.
A battery of QC Tests is also available with test history by SKU, fabric, plastic and paper rolls, lot and heat
number of steel coils for a range of industry sectors.
Product Configurator allows for the selection of product features and product options fully integrated
with the engineering and customer product specifications, bills of material and manufacturing. As an option,
product features can also be selected during customer order booking.
ERP and MRPII include Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Rough-cut
Capacity Planning.
Planning is integrated with the Visual Schedule Board, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Execution
and Distribution for across the enterprise.
Advanced Planning and Scheduling – APS provides for 'global' MPS and MRP runs (on a corporate server)
across the full service supply chain, single plants, vertically integrated plants, subcontractors’ locations
