EDI isintegrated with order processing, advanced shipping notices, Manufacturing Execution and ERP.  The interfaces for EDI third party software is available for the most common EDI data formats used by U.S. chain stores.

Multi-level Inventory Control provides the on-line 'Availability Check' by quality for SKU, lot, assembly, roll goods, steel coils and serial number unit.  Potency and attribute data is part of lot management.

Backflushing maintains inventory integrity during batch production.  Multiple units of measure are also available.

Manufacturing Execution System (MES) integrates processing by lots or batches with the Visual Schedule Board, ERP, MPS, MRP and Rough-Cut Capacity Planning.

Production Schedulers can forward or backschedule depending on the need of vertically integrated manufacturing processes.

Shop floor tracking uses barcoded work orders integrated with yield analysis and Workflow Management for production control and reporting.

Visual Image Processing provides for on-line retrieval of product design sketches and visual images, viewing of catalog product displays, checking parts in assemblies and analysis of quality problems.

Document Processing supports scanning and on-line retrieval of documents that are stored with important customer, product or service records.  Document generation and retrieval is also available for international business transactions.

Workflow Management is fully integrated with the Enterprise Software modules to provide event triggered action messages and e-mail notification.  Upon notification, immediate action can be taken to enhance the flow of material and goods across manufacturing plants, subcontractors’ locations, warehouse facilities and distribution centers.

The ability to focus on ‘action points’ will improve the efficiency of the full service supply chain and customer services.

RF tracking and Data Collection use barcoded documents for scanning and tracking from raw material to the finished product across single manufacturing plants, vertically integrated plants and distribution centers.

Tracking will provide real-time information for the company’s manufacturing plants, warehouse facilities and regional distribution centers so that their resources can be used efficiently.

Touch-screens are integrated with ready-made JOMAR display screens.

Hand-held wireless devices supporting scanning of barcoded documents will provide real-time information from offshore locations to enhance the flow of material and goods. It will also require less sophisticated  software applications installed to provide real-time information to the Enterprise System residing on a central corporate server.

Traceability is provided from raw material to the finished product by SKU, lot, batches, roll goods and steel coils across single manufacturing plants, multiplant operations and distribution centers in each business unit of the enterprise.
