The General Ledger is integrated with the modules of JOMAR’s Enterprise Software application suite: Sales, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Costing, Supply Chain Management, ERP, Manufacturing Execution, Preventive Maintenance Repair and Warranty Services.

• Transaction tracking to specific General Ledger accounts across warehouse facilities and multiplant manufacturing locations
• On-line Inquiries for individual or group of accounts and categories of accounts with General Ledger ‘drill-down’ to source entries and transactions in the modules of Enterprise Software application suite
• Multicurrency (for Sales and Purchasing) allowing for a range of currency alternatives to domestic currency conversion
• Auto journal entries and auto distributions supported by templates that can be used as required, or set for creation on a repeating schedule of daily, weekly, monthly or annual entry
• Batch or on-line entry options with flexibility for establishing the required level of processing and user controls
• Fixed Asset Unit account types for tracking acquisitions
• Multilevel budgeting  with capability of maintaining a variety of budget types established through previous year actuals, percent increase over prior actuals or budgets, and fixed entry
• Project and cost reporting
• Export of XML data to Microsoft EXCEL for management information analysis
