PMR is part of JOMAR’s Enterprise Software application suite integrated with Production Scheduling, Warehouse
Management, the Visual Schedule Board and Mobile Computing to provide for equipment repair, maintenance and warranty
repair services. Major PMR features are listed below.

Preventive Maintenance Scheduling isbased on the frequency calculations of predetermined
equipment maintenance routines.
Repair orders, emergency repairs, availability of parts, manpower and tools are integrated with the maintenance
schedules, as required, using the Visual Schedule Board.
Frequency Calculations for daily, weekly, monthly and periodic equipment maintenance routines are based
on running hours, pieces produced and age of equipment, or other specific company criteria (as an option).
Purchasing Management uses the purchasing module of the Enterprise Software application suite to provide
on-line processing of purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
Reorder reporting is based on min/max inventory levels of repair parts and supplies, or it can be triggered by MRP – Material
Requirements Planning. |

Tracking PM and Repair. Preventive maintenance and repair orders are barcoded for tracking
and reporting of repair job status. Materials, supplies and labour are recorded against a repair or maintenance
order by equipment model. This data is collected and becomes the basis of the repair and service cost history.
Repair Parts Inventory uses theInventory Control module of the Enterprise Software application suite
to provide on-line ‘Availability’ of parts, assemblies, equipment software control units, repair kits,
raw materials and supplies for preventive maintenance and repair orders.
The inventory is tracked by SKU and serial number, steel coil (by heat number) and type of cable or coils of wire
Users have online visibility across inventory locations for parts or supplies received, on-hand and allocated to
repair or maintenance orders. |
