Equipment Utilization. Downtime of equipment is part of maintenance and repair reporting.

R.F. Data Collection. Data is collected from barcoded orders for preventive maintenance, repair and reconditioning of equipment or machinery.

PMR Planning is optional for maintenance, repair, reconditioning of equipment and capital project installations.  Material and manpower requirements (‘skill type’ i.e. mechanics, electricians, etc.), are based on the preventive maintenance routines and repair procedures.

ERP and material requirements planning meet the needs of corporate departments responsible for multiplant manufacturing and distribution center.
 

 

PMR Costing uses the Costing module of the Enterprise Software application suite.

The on-line ‘cost roll-up’ for repair costs can be provided if a bill of material and repair procedures are available in the system.  This will also apply to maintenance and repair job costing by equipment model based on extensive maintenance routines and major repair orders, or refurbishing of equipment.

Repair and Service Cost History is available for review of maintenance and repair costs by equipment model which includes labor hours, parts, material and outside services.

The cost data (by equipment model) is also used for the appraisal of projected repair costs and for comparison with the proposed capital acquisition costs of equipment replacements.
