JOMAR’s Canadian and U.S. service companies support the web-based Enterprise Software application suite
developed by JOMAR SOFTCORP INTERNATIONAL and configured for midsize companies and multi-national corporations.
The JOMAR service companies provide the following services for the customers of JOMAR SOFTCORP INTERNATIONAL:
Consulting and Project Management to assist our customers’ project team and end-users.
Implementation of the complete Enterprise Software application suite in single manufacturing plants, multiplant
operations and vertically integrated plants with distribution centers.
Conference Room Pilot (CRP) using JOMAR’s host computer over the Internet during CRP sessions to
allow our customers more time (and JOMAR to assist them) in sizing their choice of platform prior to purchasing
the hardware and related software. CRP sessions provide a review of our customers’ business requirements
and to compare them with the available functions of JOMAR’s Enterprise Software. The CRP methodology
is to:
- define the project scope and the necessary data base conversion
- identify the integration of third party software and any customers’ in-house systems
- determine the essential software customizations required
- establish the major tasks and assign them to the customers’ and JOMAR’s project teams
- develop a project implementation plan and set-up a budget for management approval
New Software Releases are provided to upgrade the customer’s installation.
Training customers’ operations management, project teams and end-users in the application and effective
use of JOMAR’s Enterprise Software. Training is conducted on-site and over the Internet, or off-site
at the JOMAR U.S. and Canadian offices.
Technology Sessions involving the customers’ IT staff for the selection, installation and set-up
of the chosen platform with emphasis on a new range of IT capabilities including the Internet and wireless devices.
Consolidation of IT infrastructure using choice of platforms to reduce the customers’ IT ownership
costs and to protect their IT investment.
The professional staff of the JOMAR companies have considerable experience in implementing the Enterprise Software
in a range of industry-specific applications of our customers’ business operations across the U.S.A, in
Canada, Europe, Central America and China.
