Inventory Control provides the on-line 'Availability Check' by quality, style/item, lot, fabric roll, case
of yarn and serial number for warping unit. Backflushing of chemicals and dyestuffs, at the desired manufacturing
processes, will improve inventory integrity. Multiple units of measure are also available.
Warehouse Management integrates the Bin Locator with Inventory Control, the Distribution Release and special
packaging logic for processing of large volume order and shipping transactions to customers, chain stores and their
distribution centers. The Distribution Release allows for dividing a single sales order line item between
a number of truck loads or different shipping destinations. Combining picking, packing and staging of goods
for multiple sales orders shipped to a single destination can also be achieved with the Distribution Release.
